*All of the residents at Oakdale Estates own their own mobile homes and pay a monthly lot rent*  

Sorry, we do not rent mobile homes.  

Includes:  Water and Sewage Facilities  

• Cable TV available through Spectrum  
• Sites are approximately 50' X 120' with 2 car off street parking.  
• Three laundry buildings in the park with coin operated machines.  
• Service animals allowed. 

Extra charges per month 

• Monthly taxes are valued on assessment by the town of Somers for each home. They start at $5.00+ with new homes being at $100.00+.
